• Walk-in patients may be registered and assigned sessions based on availability.

• Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Repeated no-shows may restrict future bookings.

4. Payment & QR-Based Transactions

• Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We may accept UPI / QR-based payments.
• Patients must share a transaction reference ID or screenshot for verification.
• Services are confirmed only after payment verification.
• Prices are subject to change but will always be communicated before treatment.

5. Nature Cure & Subscription-Based Services

Nature Cure therapies may be offered as Individual sessions or Subscription / package-based plans.

• Session usage, validity, and availability are defined by clinic policy at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreekar Acupuncture Clinic, its doctors, therapists, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
